    how do you make the size of the individual zoning squares for residential and commercial zoning larger?

    When using the zoning cursor, press and hold Ctrl for parcel size and adjust size to what you want, then release the mouse button. This also applies to industrial zoning (and it'll show you the actual size of the industrial lots you've laid out).
