Nightlighting Issues with Windows 7

Hello, I've been apart of the SC4 community for some time now, so I'm not a newbie or anything like that. But about half a year ago, I updated from Windows XP to Windows 7, and a little over a week ago, I reinstalled SC4. When SC4 was on XP, my night lights worked with no problem. But after installing on W7, my night lights have not worked at ALL except for the vanilla buildings and the street lights. I've installed the .exe update, GMAX, and the BAT update. Still nothing. I've even reinstalled it, nothing. I'm trying to create a cj, and without night lights, my cj will cease to exist. Please offer any of your help please, thank you.

(p.s. my .exe is updated to 1.1.638...)

Have you let the game play for a while with day light on not on pause and then make it night about five mintues later?

As PBGV103 mentioned, if you applied the SC4Update4BAT patch, the version should be 1.1.640. If you did try it, sounds like you may need to try it again. You do have the original game files installed? The patch won't "take" if not.
