No pathfinding in NAM

Hi Simtropolis, hope you can help me. This is my first post so sorry if its in the wrong place. Just wanted to ask: I recently downloading the latest NAM because I wanted the Better Pathfinding and Perfect Pathfinding options. Unfortunatley, the installer doesn't seem to include these options at all. I'd heard that it was supposed to include these. Where can I get them? Am I missing something?

Those pathfinding options are from outdated traffic simulators that are no longer included with the NAM. As far as I know, all versions of Z traffic simulator have perfect pathfinding.

If you'll notice the date on the posts in that thread, they were made about 4 years ago. As The Divine Hand mentioned, the NAM's traffic simulator options have changed considerably since then, and the old "Better" and "Perfect" Pathfinding plugins referred to there were phased out. The current simulator options we offer are several different capacity levels of the new NAM Unified Traffic Simulator. The NAM Unified Traffic Simulator is the culmination of years of research into the game's traffic simulation, and optimizes pathfinding to an even greater degree the old "Perfect Pathfinding" plugin, in addition to better supporting newer NAM plugins such as RealHighways and the Network Widening Mod.
