Additions To Glr

To make GLR viable for an European city, may I please suggest some additions to the tram puzzle pieces:

> a tram-in-avenue (ideally also tram-on-road) overpass over rail;

> diagonal tram-in-avenue intersections with diagonal road and street;

> diagonal tram-on-road;

> diagonal tram-in-street intersections with diagonal streets, so they form a 90 degree angle;

> tram-on-one-way-road (low priority for this, from my point of view);

I'm sure the above involves much work, however it would be immensely useful. Historical European cities are full of diagonals and turns, and it's basically impossible to use the current GLR in a realistic way. Any hope to see something coming?

AFAIK, diagonal tram pieces are quite hard to do and I'm sure the NAM Team is thinking and working on them. And your first suggestion actually exists, look for it on the NAM.

Hi 'Tekindus, I may be wrong but in the NAM I only found a rail viaduct over GRL, not an overpass for GRL over rail.

Elevated Tram-in-Avenue and Tram-in-Road are planned for a future release, likely NAM Version 31 (the next release will be Version 30), which would take care of the overpass side of things.

Diagonal Tram-in-Road was worked on a little bit quite some time ago, but there's been nothing new that I'm aware of in the past year or so. The texture folks working on the Tram-in-network stuff have not been terribly active as of late, so I don't think there are really any plans for those intersections to be made anytime soon. Tram-in-OWR/on-OWR has also been discussed and requested quite a few times, but there's not really been any development there either.
