What's this new reputation thing that I see by my profile pic and what does it do?

Its cumulative points which you get it when your posts its "voted up".

It's not STEX uploads, just STEX comments, CJ comments and forums posts when they are voted up

I'm pleased to see this feature has now been disabled for your own posts / comments. This will prevent people from adding to their own reputation, therefore making the system more fair.

Right, we wanted to prevent abuse of the system, especially with the rep contributing to your Simoleons!
