    Hello,

I'm looking for some help with a change in game behavior post installation of NAM 29. The RCI demand is far less for each category (save ag industry) and therefore I can't build a city anymore.

    What I did specifically:

So, I installed NAM 29, and began a new region. I laid out my freeway system region-wide, as I have done several times before, and then go in to where I want my metropolis to begin. I zone, provide power, water, and trash. This sequence is something I did several times (successfully) before installing the NAM. However, when I clicked the speed button, several years into it, the demand has not increased for anything

Is this a glitch? A change NAM 29 has made that fundamentally changes the strategy needed to begin a city? Any help would be very much appreciated!

I am not quite sure what is going on, but you can always try downloading the Super Demand ORDINANCE which, is an ordinance mod, which may help the development of your city. It would be what I call a quick fix solution until you find out whatever it is that is causing your demand slide. Remember though, that what i mentioned above is the Ordinance, which you can turn on and off in the game under your Ordinance subsection in the Budget menu of the game, NOT the super demand Modd, as that one I do not have, and am not sure whether it is compatible with the NAM. I have been satisfied with the Super Demand Ordinance, and I believe it can be found under the STEX's most popular Modd downloads.

    Hope that this helps!

Be warned that the Super Demand Ordinance may not be compatible with Colossus Addon Mod and once installed, it can not be removed unless if you want all of the demand to drop rock bottom for a very long time.

thanks for the input. I have resorted to uninstalling the NAM 29, and everything has worked fine. I unfortunately don't get the added traffic benefits, but at least I can build my city.
