Actually, the Slip Lanes aren't in the NWM. They're in the NAM itself, as part of the Turn Lane Extension Pieces (TuLEPs). Just select the "Turning Lane Extension Plugin" option from the NAM installer, or, if you're using the Mac version, install NetworkAddonMod_TurningLanes_Extension_Plugin.dat to your Network Addon Mod/Plugins folder.

Hey. There's a pathing error in my slip lanes. Cars won't go through it, they just disappear. How do I fix it?

It was fixed with a patch, which I've attached to this post. Just drop into your Network Addon Mod\Plugins folder, ensuring it loads after the TuLEPs Plugin.

The NAM can be found here. When you get for the option list during the install process, scroll down until you find "Turning Lane Extension Plugin" and install it. This image is from a previous NAM version, but aside from the title at the top, the install menu really hasn't changed that much in the current version:

Be sure you install the patch attached to my previous post to ensure the slip lane pathing actually functions properly. You'll find the slip lane pieces toward the end of the Turn Lane Extension Pieces TAB Loop in-game.

If you last installed the NAM one year ago, you probably have either the June or July 2009 release (Version 26 or 27), which didn't have the Slip Lanes. You would want to download and install the latest version (Version 29 from August 2010).

Do I have to re-install NAM?

As mentioned in my previous post, yes, you would want to reinstall. However, you should re-download the NAM first and use the latest version for the re-install, rather than the version you have (which, from the sounds of it, doesn't have the Slip Lanes as an option). You'll also want to download the patch I attached a few posts up and install it to your My Documents\SimCity 4\Plugins\Network Addon Mod\Plugins folder.

There was an error in the path file that was in the released version. There's been a patch for it floating around for awhile--I've attached it below. It'll be merged into the next NAM release.
