That second idea cannot be built off the coast of Monaco, I refuse. It doesn't fit and looks ugly there. However the design of it is stunning, just needs a better location!!

The first buldings look awful in my opinion, but I like the ones in the second picture. But as Roger51 said, they need another location - they just don't fit off the coast in Monaco.

That first picture shows the underwater portion of that building. Its anchored to the seabed, that means its not floating.

I think they all are somewhat anchored to the seabed... wouldn't be very nice to wake up one morning and realise that your place has floated away.

But anchored or not, would still be regarded floating
