some ploppables not showing up in game

there is a few ploppables from the STEX that aren't showing up in the game. the comments say they work. but not for me. i downloaded all the dependencies. but the BAT is not in the game. two examples are

what am i doing wrong? they are in my plugins folder

Hmmm...

The first one has onyl one dependency, and a clear link to it.

The second one doesn't have dependences, so you don't need to worry.

So you do have other downloads that do work? Of the two you mentioned, the first is a Mayor Mode ploppable located in the Flora section of the Landscape Tools menu. The second should be in the Parks section of the Civic Tools menu.

Dumb question, but you never know.....did you unzip those files before putting them into the Pluginsfolder?
