With Elites, I need to have big roads and lots of high quality buildings to get to yellow orange happiness.

For to one is given the word of wisdom through the Spirit, and to another the word of knowledge according to the same Spirit; to another faith by the same Spirit, and to another gifts of healing by the one Spirit... But one and the same Spirit works all these things, distributing to each one individually..." 1 Corinthians 4-11

How big is your city matizami? When it grows beyond 100 000, you need a rich mix of almost all different leisure buildings (both sports and culture) to get green satisfaction.

Money tokens: they're generated by positive cashflow, i.e. you have to keep your finances in the green. The more + you have in the finances tab, the more cash tokens available.

Also: every sell to Omnicorp generates positive cashflow, but if you transfer a token to another city, no cashflow! On the other hand, you can transfer cashtokens from city to city directly.

I have this leisure problem too, I'm building tons of leisure stuff and it's still orange all over. I'm at 110,000 people, I can build more, but it's killing my budget.

I think in order for it to work, just sell a lot of leisure and buy chunks of them too and balance your budget. With leisure activities involving tokens, it seems that satisfaction is 100% for me.

don't worry about leisure, it's probably one of the leftover hidden gems that Monte Cristo left behind.

basically.. build basketball courts like elementary schools, pools like middle schools, and all the others that pop up.

You have to place one of every type to even have a chance at leisure. i.e., you'd want two heliports since one is stupid, one skate, one paintball, yada yada..

I discovered that I needed to place one of every leisure building along major roads in every residential neighborhood.

ok will try that. I have a city of over 1.5 million. The reason it will not grow more is due to leisure and also holiday places....

You can import holiday tokens.

The city's population growth doesn't depend on leisure and Holidays.... they simply affect people's satisfaction. If you want to increase population, create more jobs, by building industry, commerce.....
