Building Plop Help

ok, this has happened to me a number of times, and i never really found a solution to it, and i cant remember why it happens. I have these buildings i plop in game, and they are there and i can see them, as soon as i plop something else or someting is constructed next to it, the building disapears, the texture or lot is still there, and i can't demolish it?

i need help on how to fix it or atleast demolish it, ive tried everything, de-zone, natural disaster, demolish lol, save and exit to region and re load the city... any ideas???

Sounds like it could be a case of Immortal Lot Syndrome. There is an explanation and a way to get rid of it here. The old way to try to get rid of these was to plop the same lot around the affected one and demolish all at the same time, but Ripplejet made the Immortality Killer that makes things easier (There's a link to it in the post). It is a SC4Devotion download, so you'll need to be registered on the LEX if not.

Thank you for discussion here, I had a "imortal lot" (sounds majestic, hehehehe ) the stock train station, I also tried to burn it, to hit with a lightning, nothing worked, now I also gonna try the killer then let you know the result.
