SC4Mapper config. help

How do you change config size for sc4mapper as i can't get sc4terra to work (get to the readme)

& my laptop cant handle large citie sq's (blue) but is fine with medium citie sq's (green)

if this has bee asked before point me in the right direction.

If you are talking about the config.bmp, then you can do that kind of stuff in MS Paint.
