Multiple popups in a row

While playing, I keep getting popups (that's fine, it's to be expected after all), but as I'm getting ready to do something about it (Accept, Decline, etc...) another popup will come up, thus canceling the previous one.  Is there a mod or some way I can actually deal with the popups one by one without any other popping up?  Or is there a way to go back and view the ones that came up and I missed?  It's not always the same as the headlines or advisor statements, so doesn't show when I go back to re-read thru the headlines...

You can disable popups in the options.

I like the most of the popups, especially when they let me know there's a new building I can build, or to place a new building.  My only problem with them is after 1 pops up, and it's a building I do want to build, before I can click on the Accept link, another one pops up and obliterates the previous one, thus not letting me choose the Accept link.  Sometimes they popup so quick I don't even get a chance to read it to see if it's something I even want.  SO I don't want to necessarily disable the popups, I just want them to wait until I deal with the current one before another one pops up.

OK. Click them all off when you get them, and then when you catch a break, click the news window at the bottom, and select the message you want, and then accept it that way. You can also try just going to the menu they are located in and select them too.

Anything that you unlock will be available in the rewards menu, just go there and you can put them down whenever you want!

EDIT: if you unlock something like a power plant, it will be in the power menu, school will be in education... Things like the city hall and marina will be in the reward lot menu. Just thought i would clear myself up there
