OOOHH!! look at all the perdy lights! I like your region so far, it looks exactly like a world class city. I think i'll need some more photos though to actually give a GOOD opinion. Keep it up though!

Looking at the pic under the post Looking South above the same construction area over looking the bay parks. the building to the north/east of Rockefeller center with the antenna, is that the Royal Bank building from Montreal? and if so where can you get it?

I got that building from simcity.com and i think it is a Canadian building not sure dough.

I have seen a building being constructed in several of your shots. It is a 4x4, but I don't know what type. I was just curious as to what building is being constructed on that site.

 

Great job, I would love to see a region shot as well.

i had to look at that last shot for a few minutes to decipher whether it was real or not.

 

how the heck did you do that?  cause that aint a normal camera angle.  its better!!  you can really see the height of the buildings in that angle and it makes you feel like your seeing it out of a helicopter!

 

BTW - i'm also interested in whats being constructed in DT.

It is like he mirrored it, and changed the angle- you can do that with like photoshop or something.

My favorite pic is that one of the Bay looking North. If there was ever a catalogue of the finest looking pics on Simtropolis, I would definitely nominate that one!

 

Actually, that would also make a GREAT desktop background, mine currently is a sunset in one of my humble river valleys. Not nearly as cool though.

very nice region, CJ and especially photo editing- you have talent. i try to do similar things in my CJ both in regards to style and editing, but you have me beat. i would be interested in how you did that trick with the strange angle. maybe somebody could do a photoshop/SC4 tutoroial (hint hint).
