Loading Certain Plugins In Different Regions

I have several regions in my game, and I am wondering if there is any way to load certain Bat files in different regions. For example, I don't want my New York City bats loading for my California region, and vice versa.

I know that the Startup Manager is good for this, but unfortunately I am running Windows 7 and receive an error message whenever I try to run it.

Does anyone know a different way of setting up your plugins folder or game so that you can have different plugins load at different times? Any suggestiosn are welcome.

yes... use the userdir:("directory/") ...no parentheses but the / at the end and quotes... and a new foler at the end of the simcity 4 shortcut and with the new plugin folder that is made put the mods that you want in there... you can do it as many times as you want and create many different versions of the game
