     My specs are the following:

    Core 2 Quad, win 7 64bit, 4gig ram and ati 5850 card.

Rush hour patched, bug was there even before patch. Multiple plugins, mostly pegasus but quite a few others but I do believe the I believe the bug was there even before any plugins but I'm not entierly sure.. It's not apparent in maxi made regions.

Doesnt appear when creating a new water region but after entering saving and it loads new water textures it appears on that region. But as you can see in the screen it somehow can appear in  zones without any water somehow.

It also was there before I also installed peg water as I installed one of those quite resently.

    Here is a screen.  https://i932.photobucket.com/albums/ad168/El_Zilcho/Untitled-1.jpg

I'm reluctant to reinstall but if I have to I will.

yes I had the same thing. You have to play the game in a lower resolution. I know it's annoying but that's the only way to get rid of it. I have windows 7 with a 1900 X 1200 i think, and I have to plat this game in 1290 X 900

Ahh yea now that you say it I figured that I got the same resolution as I recently got a wide screen. Is ther enow way you can use custom res to get the correct aspect ratio? Will try it out asap and see if it fixes it.

Ok, so I tried lowering the resolution but it didnt work, atleast It got me doing a quick search on custom res so and can now play with my native size.

This is something that happens to large cities when rendering regions at resolutions of 1600x1200 and above. To get rid of the effect. try lowering the resolution. Then enter and re-save each affected city. After that, you can return to the previous resolutions to see if the cities appear normal.

Also, going to move this to Mapping Community Room forum.
