How to make a small screenshot of the entire region?

Hello all,

 You know when you download a map off STEX, it shows the entire region screenshot. I am wondering how I can do that? I know how to do screenshot, but I am talking about the entire region.

You can get a full region image with "Region Census".  The link I have is now broken, but you might find it at SC4D, or do a web search for it.

Thanks!, but the Region Census doesn't exist at SC4D. I mean, there is no download link for that file. I did registered and logged in, but no luck.

Thanks for above to show me where download link is, but it is not there. I am showing you a screenshot what it looks like. Keep in mind I logged in which I registered.

You may need to be registered with the LEX.

Follow up on this: I had to register for LEX. I though that the registration was already done for SC4Devotion.com, but had to register for LEX. Anyways, I got this file, Region Census.
