Lack of jobs, help me

I'am having trouble reducing the lack of employment, solve one here and there, but still gets a lot out of a job that is driving me crazy. Could anyone help me finish at once with this.?

Is traffic tied up? Cause sims don't wanna drive too far to get to their jobs. Make sure your transport network is clean and see if that helps. If not schools/hospitals may help as well. As well as any other essential

Examine your traffic flow display.  When you open the traffic sisplay, choose the second radio button.  With this, you can examine your entire network or classes of it individually.  I find this very helpful in solving traffic difficulties.  You want the displayed paths to be in the 70 to 100% range.  Ignore the traffic advisor, he is usually wrong.

    The flow of my traffic is 10 to 40%

    The problem is with sims with high incomes are they whom we are driving me crazy, look what my ated is 42 150 inhabitants is the first time I have such great problems.

    In that case I think you simply have too many rich inhabitants, more than the city can support. They like to build their homes even though there aren't enough jobs, so I would recommend you to raise R
