Wont load region

 Hello, i am trying to get this region to work i tried to make a config.bmp for it and it loads that but when i do the ctrl+alt+shift+r to load the .jpg heightfield ingame it doesnt do anything it just sits there it isnt a problem with my install i did do it with the auckland region and that worked but the one i made just wont work. I attached the .jpg for you to see it just incase its needed and its a 10km by 10km region. thanks for the help

When you select the image, make sure the file name appears in the selection box below. If it doesn't, you will need to type in the file name.

I'm trying to load a ragion i downloaded from this site called Cratoria. I have creted the Cratoria folder in C:/Home/Documents/SimCity4/Regions and added the .bmp file there( i checked it to make sure its the right size; jpeg-1/64 ) I then load SC4 and open the Cratoria Region press ctrl+shft, etc. to get the load screen to appear and select the Cratoria JPEG ( it does appear in the text box though I have also tried manually typing it in as well ) and nothing happens. The load box disappears and the region remains nothing but plains. This is the first time i have not been able to get a region i downloaded from this site to work (out of maybe 10-12)

Any help or insight you can provide would be greatly appreciated--THanks

If you're still having problems, I would suggest you follow the steps in the How to Install a Map from the STEX thread pinned at the top of this forum.

It gives you detailed step-by-step instructions on how to install a grayscale image and config.bmp files into SC4.

Please let me know your results.
