Tokyo Tower crashes game

I finally got my city into a decent income (+800k) and I decided to place some landmarks. I places 3 or 4, then I seen that the Tokyo Tower could help my tech industry, which seems to be a bit down. I plot the building, and as soon as the bar loads up, the game crashes to the desktop (ctd). This has happened multiple times ina row placing this landmark, and all ofthem ctd at the same time. I do have the unlocker mod installed, as I still have not tried without it. Anyone else experiencing this problem, or if there is already a fix, topic, or something else already about this issue, please say so, and I will have the topic closed if not already done.

This is a known issue. If you'd like to know, there's a syntax error in its file; tha game doesn't know where to find info about blueprint (because of this error) and it crashes.

I'm fixing this problem right now for version 3 of the unlocker mod.

No patches are planned.
