Cannot Plop RHW

On almost any RHW network, it says that it is unsuitable are to build network, even on the flattest land possible. The networks that won't work I think are the RHW 4, 6S, 6C, MIS Ramp. The other ones I can use. These are the starter pieces. Does anyone know what to do?

I keep a pic of my system specs that I took with the clipboard, for situations like this...

Do you have the Red Arrow bug? Or may you have conflicting plugins. May we see your NAM and RHW folder, because I think your computer specs are not the issue here.

The red arrow bug? I don't quite know if that is the situation or not, considering most of , (90%) of the RHW puzzle pieces show up red and say unsuitable place to build network. And I don't know what other plugins would conflict with it. I have pretty much every trace of NAM, the essentials, May 2010 NAM, and then, I think it is the latest RHW. And what do you mean when you say may we see your NAM/RHW folder?
