Problem with lot

I have problems with the Lot file (like this: https://www.simtropolis.com/stex/details.cfm?id=16345)

I tried to put such and such, 

but the boxes always appear with the name HK Kwong Wah Estate

Is there a way to put this particular file type?

Reading the description of a download usually can solve most of your problems. This is in the descritption on the download page.

DEPENDENCIES:
