Above sea-level water?

Firstly, if there was already a topic on this, my apologies and feel free to direct me to it.  Apparently using the word "water" in the forum search doesn't work so I may have missed something skimming through the first several pages of the forum.

Now, that said, myself and a couple others are wondering if there is a way to allow water (in the form of lakes and rivers) to be placed above sea-level.  For example, a river coming down the side of a mountain.  Is there something in the game itself that allows this that we may have missed?  And if not, is there a player-created method of doing this (water tile or perhaps some sort of mod)?  Thanks!

You'll have to search for plopable water mods in order to have water above sea level.

Ah, cool. I didn't think to search using "ploppable". That got me much of what we're looking for. Thanks!

Ploppable water is great but be warned it doesn't act like real water, you can't place, for example, a piece that requires to be a bit on water on ploppable water, like a port. Also it's hard to make bridges go over it, otherwise it's one of the best things out there.
