This time I want to ask about disasters, I just want to have more, or at least ones that do not stop when I push the game back to mayor mode.

How can I let this happen?

I'm afraid that's impossible - disasters are coded into the game's .exe, and modifying that is illegal.

What if EA makes a new suckish "SimCity 5" and lets go of the SC4 source code for us to do whatever the hell we want to it sooner. And the tsunami was a great idea! Stupid EA (also Maxis).
