Sorry everyone I haven't updated lately, actually a long time. But I have been so very busy getting ready for things and working a lot of hours. I'm finally getting into a studio to hopefully start working on a demo and maybe actually go somewhere with my music! SOOOO, with all the practicing and playing billiards league (((in which we placed first in 9-Ball))) I haven't had the time to make an update. Also there is a new Region in the works, and I don't want to post the pics until i get a little farther into the region, cause it's looks pretty good and I want it to be a knock out and have everyone talking about how much better MsCharamut1969 has come along with her city journals...So, I hope to see comments or feedback when I finally do get around to updating. Thanx for all y'all support and hope to see y'all soon.36.gif

    Gooseville Times
    14May04

Since things have been on hold for a while, President Ms.Charamut has decided to make a quick brief to keep her fellow SimTrop fans updated on the happenings in Gooseville. Trying to set out to explore new regions, some of her followers have come into a new region. Located about 200 miles SOUTH of Gooseville, the President and her cabinet have made the following discovery of what is now called St. Music Region. The first city established was named Charmley City. Here are the first ariel pictures of this growing city. Now 66 years old, as you can see this city is not quite finished growing:
    /idealbb/files/St.
With the population of 151,210 Sims; 278,946 commercial and lots of high tech industrial, this city has been in the making for quite a while now.
    /idealbb/files/St.
Let's take a deeper look into Charmley City:
    /idealbb/files/Charmley
As you can see, Charamut Island is getting quite populated for such a small island. Across the way, you can see the int'l airport.
/idealbb/files/CharmleyMoving along you can see Coastal District with the Landfill District across the waterways from it. Coastal District has become known for it's active nightlife and sleepy day life.
    /idealbb/files/Charmley
To the right of Coastal district and the left of Charamut Island, is the Central District and the downtown area of Charmley. With the Heights River running to the west, this area of the developing town has plenty drinking water and water for pretty much any kind of use.
    /idealbb/files/Charmley
Our next picture was taken by the new mayor, Mayor Charm. This is the downtown North District, located just North of the Central District.
    /idealbb/files/Charmley
And what's a city without frieght running thru town at all hours of the day and night. Coming from Industrial Park and Industrial Square, Charm Fright Line actually connects St. Music region with other regions including Cleo Townsend Region, Gooseville, and Dreamington Region.
    /idealbb/files/Charmley
Industrial Corner is located in the North Western Corner of the city. Transporting industrial needs to other sections of the city, this is the biggest industrial area around.
    /idealbb/files/Charmley
Landfill District is mainly known for it's millions of pounds of trash that is sent up into space by the garbage shuttle. Launching about 4x a month, the trash is also disposed of by a hole that goes into the center of the planet. With the magna melting away all the trash, you can see that Charmley City has this known problem under control.
    /idealbb/files/Charmley
Only a couple years old, this is the new Major League ball park. Home of the Lucky Charms, this was built on the x-tra grant money from the president herself, to help developing cities get started and promote business/tourism.
    /idealbb/files/Charmley
One of the main residential areas, this is the most populated section of the city.
    /idealbb/files/Charmley
River Heights is the second most populated area of the city.
    /idealbb/files/Charmley
This is a better view of Charamut Island and tourist section of the city. With theTaj Hall casino and the great Look-Out tower, 1,000 Sims visit this small island daily.
    /idealbb/files/Charmley
The statue that represents freedom was constructed here in the first couple of years of the city birth. being the MOST major tourist attraction, thousands upon thousands visit this statue everyday as well.
    /idealbb/files/Charmley
The Charmley Govn't resides here. With Col. Stanley Charamut (yes, President Ms.Charamut's husband) in charge of the Charmley Govn't.. Up for a promtion at end of this year, Col. Charamut is in charge of the govn't all around the regions surrounding St. Music Region.
    /idealbb/files/Charmley
Another picture of Charamut Island and the West District, included in the picture is the Living Mall.
Please stay tuned to the Gooseville Times for more updates on these newly founded regions. Any questions or comments, please direct them to this City Journal section. 2.gif

    Gooseville Times
    19May04

Another day, another city, says the President of Gooseville Region. Discovered in the new region that was just found, St. Music Region is the city of Giggles Creek. With the population of about 170,000 Sims. These pictures just came back this morning.
    /idealbb/files/Giggles
This was the little island everyone first came upon. As they crossed the bridge, boy were they surprised at what they saw.
    /idealbb/files/Giggles
This is right off the mainland of Giggles Creek. As they took the ferry over, they could see the wonderful land that laid ahead of them.
    /idealbb/files/Giggles
To their surprise, this city was very developed and well on it's way to becoming a major city. With a big industrial section of the city, corn and industrial items is one of the main trades here at Giggles Creek.
/idealbb/files/GigglesJust a residential look with the airplane flying thru, probably on it's way to Giggles International Airport.
The next to pictures were taken of the city from an ariel view and the President and her party were departing. /idealbb/files/St.
As you can see, Giggles Creek was not fully developed like they had thought at first and Ms.Charamut decided to have her military try to come in and see if they can help Giggles Creek develope more. Once again, putting her Husband General Mr. Charamut, (who by the way just got another promotion for his outstanding duties) He is to deploy to this semi developed city and get it up and running. Be sure to get next weeks copy of the Gooseville Times and see where General Charamut has led this town to.
    /idealbb/files/St.
This is the transportation view of Giggles Creek and Charmley City. With the ferry system up and running, it makes life a lot easier for Sims and traders to be able to get from one place to another. Also with the Cleo Monorail System (((CMS))) also up and running, commute times are also in the green.

Don't forget to pick up and read next week's copy of Gooseville Times to see what direction this developing town is gonna go. Next weeks addition will have an insert from the General himself, showing how he is coming along on this assignment and more pictures as this city develops.

Welcome to another edition of Gooseville Times. The President has finished touring the city of Giggles Creek. She took some more more pictures and just hot off the press are these pictures for you fellow Simtropolians:
A picture from the govn't by Gen. Charamut, as you can see a lot of this space is restricted. But it did come out as a nice ariel view.
(((BTW, Giggles Creek has a population of about 333,000 Sims)))
    /idealbb/files/Giggles
The Gooseville Times is proud to announce that Giggles Creek has made it to the year 223.
    /idealbb/files/Giggles
The next new hot picture is of the coastal section of the city. in this view you can see Ms.Charamut's Record label: B&T Records. Included is Giggles Beach and Tribute Square.
    /idealbb/files/Giggles
A really big ariel view of the main part of the city, including Giggles University and the main Industrial section of the city.
    /idealbb/files/Giggles
This is a better picture of Giggles Island after it's been more developed.
    /idealbb/files/Giggles
This picture of the downtown area was during the time that the buildings starting getting distressed. With the city running out of water and not having any water for about 100 years, Local Sims started abandoning fairly quickly.
    /idealbb/files/Giggles

/idealbb/files/GigglesSmall tourist section of the city. Nothing really to brag about.
    UPDATE:
After Ms.Charamut made it back to Gooseville Region, thats when the city really went into distress. She got the call this afternoon and making it as quickly as she could back to the city, finding everything almost deserted and distressed from the lack of water. So saving as much as she could, she finally came to the conclusion of starting from where she left off at the year 233.  This was how it was left last so maybe another couple hours WITH water supply, should get it back to normal.
    /idealbb/files/St.
Another addition of the Gooseville Times should be here at the press tomorrw morning or afternoon sometime, hope to see you then.

XTRA-XTRA READ ALL ABOUT IT: President Ms.Charamut moves to a new region.
Yes it is true! The president has reloctated out of Gooseville to the new region of Alantific to the city of Spirit Slopes. A weirdly shaped region as one local sim put it, but it seems like a wonderful place to start a new life. With the sudden end of Gooseville, the region is nothing more than a ghost sim town. With new cities already developing, MsCharamut asked if we could keep this paper going and show the new pics that keep coming in from Sims, the president herself and the general, General Mr.Charamut. (36.gifWho I have to say is a hottie) LOL.
Let's take a look at Spirit Slopes:
    /idealbb/files/Spirit
This is one of the first $$$ residential. As you can see a nice green park came with the property and the local sim who just bought it, Mickey Jo Jo says it's the best investment he has ever made.
    /idealbb/files/Spirit
With the General taking no time to set up shop, this is the Spirit Air Force Base along with base housing. The General promised to have as much housing and as nice of housing as he can get for the fellow members of the Sim Forces.
    /idealbb/files/Spirit
This is a full view taken from our new helicopter Spirit TV. As you can see, the tiny island adds to the sights of this flourishing city of Spirit Slopes.
    /idealbb/files/Spirit
This is the coastal downtown. The first developed part of the city. With the ferries always on time and the traffic always under control, this is the best kind of downtown to have!
    /idealbb/files/Spirit
This is the middle of the city. With the major simball league plopped int he middle, we have a winning streak of 16-0, home of the Spirit Horses.
    /idealbb/files/Spirit
This is the new home of the President Ms.Charamut. With a 2nd home in Charamut City, this home is featured with an extended flower garden. As you can see the Capital building, this is where all the magic happenes. Dedication is to begin tomorrw making Spirit Slopes the capital city for the region of Atlantic Region. Located int he middle is the Washington Mounment. This is placed here dedicated to every city of every region that there will be ever lasting peace and to also show the strength of this one Nation.

Here are 2 shots of the beginning of this fine region of Alantific:
    /idealbb/files/Alantific-ariel
    And also a transportation view
    /idealbb/files/Alantific-transporthttps://www.simtropolis.com/idealbb/files/Alantific-transport%20view.jpg>
Adlantic Park has not started development yet but that is set to start by sometime this week.

A quick look at Charamut City, not very many pics but a few so locals can get an idea of the layout of this developing city.
    /idealbb/files/Charamut
This is the corner of the city with a partial view of the airport.
    /idealbb/files/Charamut
This is a full view of the city.
    /idealbb/files/Charamut
This is the landfill used by the cities of Spirit Slopes and Adlantic Park.
    /idealbb/files/Charamuthttps://www.simtropolis.com/idealbb/files/Charamut%20City-downtown.jpg>
Part of the downtown area of Charamut City.
And finally like we promised, this last pic is of the Presidents other getaway:
    /idealbb/files/Charamut
Equiped with 2 lakes, makes a great relaxation time to go fishing, included is a baseball park, socor park and skateboad park. With the US flag garden right on the front step, there's no way to confuse where the president is from or who this President supports.

**As we conclude, there has been word that the name of the paper may change it's name,  imput is needed and wanted from you on what you think the new name should be. The newly founded region is named Atlantific. Feel free to include your comments and suggestions here. And if you have a name, throw it out there and let us know what you think.**

The forests are restricted area cause the land belongs to the military. Most of the bases around here whre I live have places that are off limits and if you get caught, well, let's just say that it's do NOT pass go, and do not collect $200.00, YOU'D be in big trouble. And most of my forests are to protect the bases.
Here is Adlantic Park. There's not very many pics but it's something of an update.
    /idealbb/files/Adlantic
The mayor's park. Something that came together in the last minute. Worked out pretty good being centered and all.

    /idealbb/files/Adlantic
    NE section of the city.

Next update, I'll include a region pic and a transportation view. Don't forget to leave some comments and feedback. Let me know if there's anything I can do to make this region better.
    Thanx.44.gif

    Alantific Newsletter
    07Jul04

We have received word  that a local sim has ventured out on his own to find new regions. We just received confirmation by a letter he sent to us along with some pictures from the region that he has discovered. Here is what he writes:
Dear Alantific Newsletter, President, and fellow Sims:
I am writing you this from the newly region I have found. It is amazing that there are Sims just like us and they have the same technology that we have. I tend to disagree with President Ms.Charamut that we should hold off on discovering new regions. There is so much we can learn with each new region and city that we discover. I have included some pictures of this new region which is called Lyon Region. The first city I came upon was the city of Riverston.
    /idealbb/files/Riverston-CO
This was the road that brought me into the city. It is called County Road 378 with a highway running beside it.
    /idealbb/files/Riverston-
This is their commercial and residential area. You can see the farmland and also the county road.
    /idealbb/files/Riverston-cattle
Here across the river doesn't lie very much, but here is a cattle farm and auction. I took this pic at night for I couldn't sleep wondering what else could be out here in this vast region.
    /idealbb/files/Riverston-church.JPG
Taking a bus across town, I had to get a shot of this church. What awesome designing and window designs.
    /idealbb/files/Riverston-closeup
This is a closer look at the downtown nightlife.
    /idealbb/files/Riverston-downtown
This is the commercial and residential area at night.
    /idealbb/files/Riverston-farmland.JPG
This is a better pic of the farmland.
    /idealbb/files/Riverston-landfill
Their landfill is over a ways from the cattle auction.
    /idealbb/files/Riverston-small
This is a little city just NW of the main residential area. And you can see Riverston P.D. clearly.
    /idealbb/files/Riverston-riverston
What an awesome view at night with the lighthouse
On my journey over to the neighboring city, I came upon Copper Port. With ships coming and going daily, their main shipments are of copper.
    /idealbb/files/Copper
This is one of the main commercial area of the city.
    /idealbb/files/Copper
The Copper Amusement Park....what an awesome place to visit and have tons of fun.
    /idealbb/files/Copper
This is a full view of Copper Port.
    /idealbb/files/Copper
And let me tell you, they love their mayor here. Mayor Guinea.
    /idealbb/files/Copper
    See what I mean?
    /idealbb/files/Copper
This is the neighborhood I stayed in...see the house in the middle?
    /idealbb/files/Copper
And this is the main residential section of the city. See the green patch? That's Guinea's Memorial.
The next city that is next door is Stencil Point. Home of the Lyon Indians. What a great racket ball team they have.
    /idealbb/files/Stencil
This is Stencil Bay....look up north a little and you'll see Stencil Island.
