hey not bad, I'll have more time to comment further later but on first glance I would suggest your balconies are too deep and the grey base needs more visible texture (if it indeed has any)

I see nothing wrong with the depth of balconies. I guess they may look a bit oversized in a relation to the building itself. But in case like this you should examine which object in comparison is in fact off. And in this case, imho, it is the building itself. For a multistory structure it has way to small cross-section. Just think of it, you would need stairs and most probably elevator. Place them and you'll be left with virtually no space left at all.

this is true i might make it alittle thicker but i always liked the idea of having a 360 degree balcony. i see it as having almost like a yard made of concrete in the air. but anywho ill get to work on that

I see no reason to lose the surround balconies, I think you just need to make the building (apartment area) a bit wider to accommodate/justify them. You can use the 'select and uniform scale' tool to increase the building's size evenly on all axis or change it to the 'select and non uniform scale' tool which would allow you to just stretch it wider, have a play & see what works best.

Buildings of that type tend to be 20-25 meters thick, not including the balcony, based on measuring some buildings of that type in Google Earth. They're usually not very thick, compared to office buildings or factories, because the units are organized in the space between a central hallway and the exterior windows. if they're too thick you end up with bedrooms with no windows. These buildings also tend to be long, because the longer the hallway the more units you can fit along it. "Point towers" also exist, where only a handful of units are on a floor and they cluster around the elevator, rather than be arranged along a long hallway. These are the kinds of residential towers you see in Hong Kong a lot, but these are thicker as well.

If you use the scale tool, you can change the size and shape of the building, but if you do that then the details will be scaled as well. So if you make the building three times wider than it currently is, then the balcony walls on the short side will be three times thicker than the walls on the long side. It would probably be better to individually edit each of the objects to make them the size and shape you want, so that all of your details are the right size.
