Crazy migration - plugin bug

Ok, so I was playing as normal, and once when I loaded a city (actually the main city in the region) suddenly the half of the city lost their jobs and they left the city because of long commute time. 100,000 people out of 250,000!!

Now, every time I load the city, and only this city in the region, it gives me the error message of a missing plugin (plugin -1909700880) that I can't identify. However, I didn't delete anything beforehand. Also, I have a maximum negative demand for any commercial zoning in the whole region.

Any idea what this can be? Do you think there is any way to track this missing plugin?

I have the latest NAM, and RHW installed, and some STEX buildings in my plugin folder.

I don't think this has to do with a bug in your plugins. I think you saved the game right before the game was going to start the commute commotion. It is basically basically bad luck. Also did you change the commute times on NAM installer?

I'm having a similar problem: once I load the main city, I got a message of missing dependancy with that long number. After a few seconds of playing the game crushes and goes back to desktop.

I have many plugins, but they caused me no problem until I load the huge city.

IS there anyone who can help me?

    Thanks in advance

    Welcome to Simtropolis.

Unfortunately, there is no way to determine the title of the plugin from the number that is displayed.  If you can find the empty lot, you may be able to query it, or tell what is missing by recognizing it, or just bulldoze it, but obviously this will not work if your game crashes before you can do so.  The warning does not appear unless you have deleted or removed a plugin without bulldozing all lots in your city.  It is not really a dependency issue, because there is usually a building model file missing, not a prop.  The only way to restore your city is to reinstall what you have removed from the plugin folder.  I keep an "SC4 Out" folder on my desk top for this purpose, and put any plugins I remove in it.  Then I can just put that folder in, look through the city and bulldoze the lots.  The only thing I can think of is if you haven't emptied your recycle bin in awhile, it may be there.
