Increasing High Tech Demand

Hello this is my 2nd question.

How do I increase the demand for High Tech Industry? I manage to had a high education, had 4 neighbors... I also tried to lower the taxes, but the demand is too low.

Is something i need to do something?

Try this, this can max the demand for hi tech industry and cut the rest to 0.

it takes time for sims to get educated enough to work at high-tech jobs, they need to go to a college or university first. also they need to be high-wealth sims not R$ or R$$. there's also a bug in the vanilla version that prevents high-wealth sims from working at those high-tech jobs. they also need to be separated from polluting industries. hope that helps.

ok first of all you don't need a college or university for ht jobs, it can be done without it although demand won't be very high, secondly r$ and r$$ WILL work in HT as long as they're smart enough. i have graphs here that show the job demand in percentages according to their intelligence level.
