Question about ST chat

Hello,

Sorry but I keep getting kicked out of the chat and I cannot understand why. I just got a message (10mins ago?) saying that I was being vulgar and I wasn't allowed back, ever?

I don't think I said anything offensive at all? Please quote me where I said something offensive today?

I know a few times last week I said some rude things so I refrained from saying it and I watched my tongue but the same user kicked me again? All I heard was a beep and I had by the time I switched over to chat, I had 5 seconds to read the message before I got kicked, I didn't even read it properly. It's quite confusing.

People are not kicked out of chat without a reason. The only reason you would be kicked out of chat is if you break the rules. I would suggest familarizing yourself with the rules here

Out of thoose there are a few that you have broken:

10. Excessive repetition of words, symbols, numbers, etc is also considered spamming.

You were spamming simlies and repeating other text in chat.

1. Keep it clean, profanity is not allowed, don't use language you wouldn't use around your mother or small children.

You were swearing in chat last night. Masked swearing such as *beep* is still swearing.

If you only did the above mentioned things once or twice you would be fine and just get a warning. But you contined to do it even when told to stop. Thats where the last rule comes in

14. Chronic abuse of these rules will result in the user being banned from chat.

And that is the one that got you banned.

Just follow the rules listed in the link above and you will be fine.

Xyloxadoria has made it clear in the post above regarding the site rules and how the chat operators moderate the chatroom. Please familiarize yourself with the rules and in the future please contact the moderator or operator via PM about a situation such as this.
