Visual Radiation, please help me.

I have SC4 Deluxe, and I have this weird bug where I can see radiation, but there is nothing at all! I see green dots everywhere on the land, indicating I have a radiation problem, yet still I have demand for residentials, commercial and industrial like nothing is going on. I see nothing on the radiation data view too!

It happend after I needed a power plant, mis-clicked, and plopped one of droidika's anti-mods instead. I deleted the "nuclear increaser" right after I plopped it, and I have only these "visual radiation" floating around my city. What advise, besides removing the anti-mods for my own sake of keeping away from these kind of annoying bugs, could you give me for removing this "radiation" in my city?

I have three pictures attached to this post. The following:

1: A view of the radiation.

2: Another view of the radiation, but now on the coast to indicate it is only on land and not on water.

3: A clear dataview, even development on the very background.

That usually happens when you use something to get rid of radiation pollution, I know of nothing you can do to get rid of the "sparkles".

There is a pack for the so-called "Anti-mods" on the STEX, which give you such horrible effect. I didn't used another lot to clear the radiation from the anti-mod lot up, I accidently plopped the anti mod, and deleted it after I noticed I plopped the wrong building. Now I'm left with these green sparkles.

Here is what I plopped and inmediatly deleted: https://www.simtropolis.com/stex/details.cfm?id=23381

It's the "nuclear increaser" in this pack, but that should speak for itself, though.

I do not want to bump up this forum again, but radiation clears up after an x amount of years, and if I remember correcly that x is about 10,000. I don't see any solution anyway, so I guess I have to deal what I got now and hope it will vanish like normal radiation would do after a certain period of time.
