Graphics problems in region mode

Hi, my cities in region mode have a blue line accross the bottem of every city in region mode. When i go into any city it's ok and the blue line disappears. the problem is only in region mode as you can see from the photos. I have windows 7 64 bit and intel core 2 duo 3.3ghz. My graphics card is 1792mb ge force gtx 290. Anybody got any ideas....

I believe it has something to do with your screen resolution. If it's set too high, these blue lines appear in Region View. Try to lower your screen resolution, and see if it works. I don't know of any other solutions.

This usually occurs when the map is created at game resolutions of 1600x1200 or higher. Try lowering the game's resolution, then enter and re-save the affected cities. For the non-rendered cities, be sure to save them after lowering  the resolution. Once the cities are done, they should be able to be plaed at a higher resolution.
