Are my mods conflicting?

 Hello!

Could you have a look at the list of mods I've added and see if there are any obvious conflicts that you're aware of?

Also, does it make a big difference if you install them in your My Documents/plugins folder or the game's plugins folder? Sometimes the readme files just say add them to your plugins folder so I'm not sure whether to put them in the my documents one or the game's one!

Thanks!

A couple things that stick out... (and I'm doing this from memory, so I could be wrong).

I don't think you'll be able to use the Columbus Terrain Mod and the Olympic Terrain Mod. Having conflicting terrain mods can cause crashes. Also, I don't know if the Arctic Snow Mod will work with it either.

In addition, I believe PEG's Super Pack replaces some (if not all) of the Mountain Theme Pack.

That's all I can see right now. Just be sure to have the newest NAM and RHW mods.

Practically all plugins can go in either folder. However, it is usually a good idea to always use the My Documents folder since it is loaded last by the game. If the download instructions don't say the "Program Files" plugin, then the Documents plugin folder will be just fine.

That's great, thanks for your help!

I haven't experienced any crashes yet...touch wood, but I am seeing some strange things like duplicate items in the menus. I think I'll take out the ones you mentioned just to be on the safe side!

Probably just means one is over-writing the other.

You might mention which ones are being duplicated. That usually means you have different versions of the same plugin. Knowing which icons are duplicated could give a clue as to which ones.

Also, I just noticed in your list, you have the BlueGreen water mod and PEG's Brigantine. They won't conflict, but you'll only see the effects of one. So you don't need both.

That's strange...I just went through every menu and there are no duplicates...I could have sworn there were before! Sorry! Maybe a slight glitch which has worked itself out...hopefully!

Anyway I've now deleted the ones that are redundant and may conflict so thanks for that!

You could put some of the folders together in main folders so that things are easier to find. For instance you could have a PEG folder for all his stuff, an LBT folder, a Texture and Props folder, etc.

Lol, I organized my plugins folder and still have a hard time finding stuff.
