I have too much production of offices about 50 and they are going bankrupt because of it. But , it wont let me trade. any suggestions?

High Tech will soak that up. But that itself will require other things as well. You can demo the offices too..

So you are suggesting that the high tech industry will lower the amount of offices needed to be traded.

You probably don't have enough passenger transportation out of the city.

Add another road or two going out, or an airport.

Also High tech, manufacturing, and dirty industry all use up office services.

I need more high tech industries, but at the same time i need more offices... I can't build more high tech industries without more offices, and visa versa... I'm stuck.

Industries like Manufacturing and Factories also use office services. You might also just trade the spare office tokens with omnicorp.

The icon might still be grey (at Omnicorp Buy) but it should work...
