I am trying to locate this bat, I need to down load a dependency but can not find it anywhere.  I could be looking in all the wrong places.  I am note sure if Colyn or Vlakhaas was the creator of this or maybe even some one else.  I get the lot with the employment but no buildings.  Thanx....Chazbrew

Have you tried looking at the readme. Most of the time people will leave links to the dependencies.

I think Colyn and Vlakhaas are the same person and "resides" at SC4Devotion now. You might ask there. It is an older file, so I'm not sure if it was included in some Mega pack or even available as a download there (I couldn't find it). You might post the name of the download that needs it as a dependency. That may help someone "find" it. Just a thought...
