How can i force snow to appear at higher elevations (Italia Mod)?

That is part of the terrain mod. It has to do with a property in some file, that determines at which hight the snow texture shows up. Don't have a terrainmod downloaded right now, so I sadly can't figure out for you which variable you need to alter.

Hmm...... i don't know about a terrain mod for that, but i do know of a easter egg that shows snow only on one day at high elevations.

Yes, you can also activate the snow easter egg that occurs Dec 25 computer time by typing -Snow-, no dashes, into the cheat window, or selecting that function from the Extra Cheats DLL menu, press enter.  It will appear at higher and lower elevations as winter dates change, but is sorta blocky.  The Italia terrain modd does not have the snow textures, but this one does.  It is static; will not change with seasons.

I seen a mod for snow on the peaks, I am not sure where it was. It was near a desert mod,
