Cam industrial lots not working, Need Help

I'm sick of this problem. I've installed CAM, NAM and then I've downloaded many cam industrial lots from STEX but everytime I'm starting a city  all my industrial zones look like in the pic attached.

Last night I've deleted my plugins folder then again spent 8 hours downloading and installing every cam industrial lot ,carefully installing all dependencies and checking every installation with cleanitol and i've only got 3-4 missing dependencies wich were part of another dependency i already installed so i figured it should be ok...

If i unninstal CAM, industrial lots grow again in more variety  .

It isn't clear to me what you're trying to show.. that the industry is "low level"? It looks like you have quite a young region and the CAM spreads the growth over almost double the stages, so it "grows" slower.. just how its set up.. As your region develops I expect it will behave perfectly normally.. btw you have your industry too far from the roads for it to develop well.. it shouldn't usually be more than 4 or 5 tiles from a road.. I expect you will have trouble with the area in the middle of your giant blocks.

My thoughts are that there are only 2-3 types of lots that shows up even when i got my city up to 18000 sims ,while i installed many many lots . The city in the pic was just a test, made in 5 minutes of gameplay but if i unninstal cam, alot of different industrial lots show up .
