Where can I download the building architect tool program ?

I cant login to the sim city 4 website , I forgot my password and every time I try to create a new account it won't let me cause my games have already been registered and thats basically the only way I can download the actual tool from that website . So , can somebody help me ? Please ?

The BAT is a two part download.

Gmax is part 1 you can get it here

You will need to register to get a key to activate gmax (Its Free and doesnt require your Sim City disc) which will be sent to you via e-mail

After Gmax is fully installed, you need to add the BAT plugin to it which you can get here
