I checked the steps to solve this problem that was posted and It didnt help any . After I did all those steps twice , They're still not lighting . I uninstalled sim city which had I installed the Bat too so I could install deluxe which had rush hour which I didnt have with the original . So I did everything over again , reinstalled the b.a.t and gmax and what not , and waited a few game months for the lights to show and they didn't . Whats the problem ?

I cant login to the sim city 4 website , I forgot my password and every time I try to create a new account it won't let me cause my games have already been registered and thats basically the only way I can download the actual tool from that website . So , can somebody help me ? Please ?
