No, that's Picture War, which is exactly the same thing as Image Rock Paper Scissors, except older (interestingly, I thought that thread had droppoed off the page, but it hasn't. We have a duplicate game!). Simtropolis does not and never has had a random picture/image dump thread in the purest sense, although there have been plenty of "post pics related to X" threads.

You are correct Duke - it's always been ranked and filed under some specific topic. Never a general all images dump type thingy. We have a thread in our group at LastFM called 'Post your mood with a picture' It seems to work and bit of fun with images.
