I would like to create own BAT's with Autodesk Maya 2010.

What i need to export the Maya-Files (*.mb) to the Game?

How i convert it from *.mb into a Game-File?

Which tools are required and where i can download it?

Thank you for a fast answer.

you can't...

first of all in game you don't see the models you make. What you see are LODs textured with rendered images. LODs are contained in SC4Model file as s3d files which is basically 3ds files. But for getting your FSHs right you need special set of scripts to set scale, cameras and all other render settings. those exist for 3ds Max. I bet same could be implemented with what ever scripting language is used in Maya. But that you would need to do yourself...

Sc4Model files are made in a program called GMAX which can be downloaded free from TurboSquid at this address -- http://www.turbosquid.com/gmax

You will need to register and receive an activation code.

You will also need to have the BuildingArchitectTool or BAT which is available free from -- http://simcity.ea.com/coolstuff/bat/index.php

You will need to register here as well, but both tools are necessary to make the model work in game. While you're there you might want to download 'Texture Problem Fix' and 'Building Names as Props' as these will save you a lot of headaches later. Also the Lot Editor and SC4 Update (choose the one appropriate to your country).

After you create your model in Maya you can export it in 3ds format and then import this model to BAT in order to export in the game format. You may need to adjust your textures or better yet, wait to texture the model until you get it in the BAT. The exported model will then be available for placement in the game (after you create a lot for it in the Lot Editor).

It's not difficult, but in my opinion, if you have mastered the techniques for modeling in Maya you might want to try modeling in GMAX.  Also, take the time to look through the BAT Troubleshooting thread (https://www.simtropolis.com/forum/messageview.cfm?catid=37&threadid=87425&enterthread=y).  Most of your technical questions about modeling for SC4 will already have been answered there.
