I have to get into the habit of doing things so that they turn out the way they are supposed and not whatever just happens. For instance with these images you wanted to show. Do they? I mean do they show up in your message?

They don't. You don't see it yourself? And if you do, why dont'you do something about it? Why do you leave it as is although it's clearly doesn't work...

Same goes to your model, there are soo many things there that don't work they way they are supposed to - like shadows missing, hightlights overblown etc, yet you put them on STEX. THat is basically saying thata they are done, while to just about anyone looking at them they are clearly not finished, not looking the way they are supposed to. And I'm not speaking here differences of taste. Nope, those are versy basics.

What our great and skilled technician Simfox, is try to say is,

"maybe you should spend a little bit more time on your models, perhaps if you started a BAT thread, and asked for feedback on your creations prior to uploading, also take more care and time when you are posting on the forum to make your posts well thought out and constructed"

Following this sound advice will result in more constructive and useful feedback, simfox just needs a little traslating sometimes XD

I just suggest starting all over again and this time. Model every detail you see and we'll worry about nightliting later.

As Evillions had said nightlighting is a least of your problems... Or to be precise it is a very remote one. You still have a looong that to walk before you hit that wall.

And first step should be learning how to post a picture in a message. Second, probably, to learn how to select a picture that is most telling/showing, After that some discussion of details could start.

Remember, though that only way for this to be a beneficial is fro you yourself being proactive. If you come here with attitude - tell me what and how to do, pronto! then I don't see any point in it. 3D, like any advanced skill isn't something that could be taught, it could only be learned. Others can assist the process, but it is your road to walk...

u r doing a great job so far but try to remake the pentominium. but i was looking at the emirates crown and wat r some of the buildings next to it in the picture and where did you get them from

In order to get some help to improve your creations, why don't show them to us? We can give very little help if we can't see some pics.
