Some missing maps in new region

I installed a new map with sc4terraformer but some maps of the region (in this case with mountains) remain unformed

I highlighted in red the aps that remain unformed

Edited image size. 800 x 600 max. Also, moving to the Mapping Community Board Room.

Are you able to click on and open those cities? Sometimes glitches happen, and they just don't appear in the Region view but will after they've been saved.

Just open, then "save city" for each of those tiles where the mountains are cut-off and they'll appear when you go back to regional view.

Remain under what? That doesn't make sense. There's no reason why you can't open those city tiles. This is something I deal with all the time with high elevation maps.

I think he means that they are either complete holes, or completely flat so he can't reach them.
