 With many Power Hungry Industrious cities grasping out for more energy and the high prices of Power on P.O many cities are meet with a colossal problem. How do I maximize Energy on the land I have.  The answer is simple:

Build on the Sea!

I'm surprised  the Monte Cristo hasn't implemented a off-shore wind-farm tool into Cities XL. They even have the turbine model...  

Any Ideas for Offshore Energy Content?

Ya oil and gas platforms in the sea too! Good idea! I think MC is really lazy so I'm not surprised that they havent done this yet, but that is something that is easy to do, very useful, and makes use of the wasted game space.
