Modded lots

Hello Simtropolitans!  I have been searching the STEX, and maybe I'm just missing things, but I seem to be unable to find either of the following:

1. Collections of non-Maxis growable lots of all zone types, and

2. Triangular lots that fit into those nasty 45-degree angle corners I like to build so often.

I have seen screenshots of 2. so I know they exist!  I just can't find them.  Could someone let me know if either of these things exist in the STEX or elsewhere?

You could try a Power Search on the LEX for "SimGoober". Many of his items were packaged into packs (Industrials, Commercials, etc.)

You might try to search the STEX for the term "diagonal". You'll get a few pages of various items, but some will be some corner buildings. Just a thought...

Nice, thanks.  I didn't know about the LEX, and right after I posted this I came upon the diagonal lots.

Also, here on the STEX madhatter has some really high-quality commercial sets for lower wealth/lower density towns.
