Super demand mod

I downloaded this super demand mod thing... I dont have the link but I think it was from radicalone..

This is the read me :

BASIC PREMISE:

This set of .dat files can either maximize - set to 6000, or suppress - set to 0, demand for R$, R$$, R$$$, Cs$, Cs$$, Cs$$$, Co$$, Co$$$, I-Ag, I-D, I-M, and I-HT individually. It's a bit complex to use - a readme is included - but it works wonderfully. It stomps over demand caps, ignores occupancy availability and growth speed - though desirability is still important - and ensures maximal growth of a city, in your preferred direction. With this mod, cities can - even with only R$$$, Cs$$$, Co$$$, and I-HT - exceed the population of an entire country.

Installing:

Copy one DAT file (either from the "Suppress or Max Out" folder) of each wealth level (R$$, Cs$$$, I-HT, etc) of each RCI type to /SC4/Plugins/RadicalOne Mods/Demand Mod. (Please put it in exactly that structure so future updates can find the file.)

Then take note of how many "max out" DATs you used for each category of RCI (Co, I, etc). Pick the corresponding DATs (one for each category) out of the "Totals" folder and copy it to /SC4/Plugins/RadicalOne Mods/Demand Mod. For example, if one maxed out R$$$, Cs$$$, Co$$, I-M and I-HT, one would use the "One R Max Out", "Two C Maxout", "One Cs Maxout", "One Co Maxout", and "Two I Maxout" DAT files. Please do not use all "suppress" DATs for any category, and please use a file for EVERY wealth level. The effects of not doing so are unpredictable and may include all demand going below 0, abandonment, and crashing.

Uninstalling:

Delete the folder "Demand Mod" in /SC4/Plugins/RadicalOne Mods.

If anyone has this and is willing to help I have a question...

I tried doing the R$$$, CO$$$ and CS$$$, went in game and they were maxed out so I zoned them

but no big buildings grow(apartments or skyscrapers)..? Do I have to wait longer for buildings to go? or did I do something wrong ..and can anyone help me figure out which-

"Max out"file goes with each "totals"file like

R$$$ would use total "One R Max Out"...to max it in game

Sorry if this doesn't make sense this is as clear as i can get..or if this is in the wrong forum section

Edit: Another question... Can I max more than 1 Residential or Commercial (R$$$ R$$ R$ CO$$$ etc..)? or just one of each?

A demand mod will only make there be more demand for a new city. It WILL NOT give you skyscapers instantly. Becsue of how the game works, there is no mod that will and there never will be.

Skyscrapers will only appear once your population has gone over a cerain amount. All the deamnd mod does is make there be demand, it does not create buildings and it does not increase desirablty, you still have to have schools and good roads and fire police etc to incrase desirablity. After you have good desirability and demand your city will grow

Here is a list of population requirements, lowrise skyscrapers will only appear around stage 6 which means you need at least 9,000 in your city before they will appear. Before that you will only get lowrisies and small aparments.
