The site doesn't say how to install a Mod onto Simcity 4?

Check the 'How to Install Buildings' section of this thread... If you are trying to install something that is not a building but a Mod that affects game function (like NAM, Radical Ordinance Mod, etc.), it is usually the same process.

As with all custom content, read through any instructions or readme files that may be included on the download listing or in the download itself. You might mention the name of the Mod(s) you are trying to get more specific assistance.

hey sopetard666, do you mean just only mods or anything?

Anyway what you do is find a building you like. Click download. it should pull a small box up that shows a green bar uploading the building. after it's done, it probably will have an infinity untitled files pull up on the same window page. to stop it, go up to the top left of the page and you should see a red "X" below the "history" tool. keep clicking the X until it stops the untitled files from flowing. Next, click back on the download box. click on the file with your building name. when you do that it will pull up a "my documents'' page and the building name should either be one yellow file, or it will be multiple files. it doesn't matter. next, near the top left of the file 's' it will say " extract all files". click that and it will pull up a wizard download thing. click next at the bottom. now click browse. go to My documents, simcity4, plugins. then hit OK. after that hit next again and if there's a green bar that flies by. that's it just downloading. it should be very quick. after that click finish. Congratulations you down loaded a building. After you hit finish whatever pops up. close it out start up simcity4 and just search in every category until you find it -RQTect777 your welcome

First, you click to download of course.....

Then you must dowload a program like Winzar. (Its Free)

Then you save the file in "username/documents/simcity4/plugins"

Then the mod should be in the folder, but first you have to extract the file using Winzar. Then if you go to thegame it should create another unzipped file and should be in the game.

Winrar is only needed if you don't have Windows.
