Crash to Desktop :\

 I've searched everywhere for an answer but I can't find one anywhere.

I got a new PC for Christmas. It's a Gateway Desktop PC with a dual core processor and an Intel Video Card running on Windows 7. Well, everytime I load my city on SC4 Deluxe, it seems to crash. But here is where the weird part is: it works just fine when I don't have any plugins in the plugins folder. I'd definitely like some custom content in my game, however. I've tried setting the Affinity to just one processor, but no luck there. Does anybody have any ideas as to what the conflict between the game and the plugin folder is?

Edit: I've also tried going through (almost) every single plugin to find out which one is causing the problem, but I have yet to find the one that is doing so.

WHy can't you find it? If you are testing them, at what point does it start crashing again??? I'm puzzled by what seems to be conflicting statements... Add them in half at a time.. one half witl work, the other will not.. then half the one that crashes again and so on.. It isn't that tough. If you are not crashing on an empty plugin and you have no game problems it would appear that you have it properly installed.. Have you put the maxis patches in? if you haven't that likely is your problem.
