I've searched everywhere for an answer but I can't find one anywhere.
I got a new PC for Christmas. It's a Gateway Desktop PC with a dual core processor and an Intel Video Card running on Windows 7. Well, everytime I load my city on SC4 Deluxe, it seems to crash. But here is where the weird part is: it works just fine when I don't have any plugins in the plugins folder. I'd definitely like some custom content in my game, however. I've tried setting the Affinity to just one processor, but no luck there. Does anybody have any ideas as to what the conflict between the game and the plugin folder is?
Edit: I've also tried going through (almost) every single plugin to find out which one is causing the problem, but I have yet to find the one that is doing so.
