Help with plugins

Hello,

I have downloaded and install some pluggins such as:

Mayor house, SETI center and Academy Award but i have problem (or maybe not).

I wanted to test just to see if those addons works so i opened one of pre defined cities which comes with SimCity 4 delux and put those three objects but no building is shown.

So i don't know if something is wrong with those addons (maybe problems with WIN7...) or it is just too early for them to develop and they would develop later in game.

to better understend me, heir is screen shot:

I am not planning to play like this, i will start my city from 0 and build it  nice and easy but just wanted to test if all plugins works before i reach time when i want them in my city. It would be really bad if i develop city and then relise that plugins are not working.

I believe you are missing some dependencies. These are files that contain the textures needed for those buildings, and since the textures aren't there, the buildings aren't shown.

You will need to find the correct dependencies files and download them with the plug-ins. In the folder that the plug-in is downloaded in, look for a read me file. Look near the bottom and it should give a link to the dependencies it needs. That or look in the details page where you download the plug-in from.

Do you have the most up-to-date patches of Rush Hour/Deluxe? Also, do you have the two bldgprop files in your plugins? If not you can get them here...
