Widescreen resolution

I have recently installed Sc4 on my laptop that has a 1440x900 screen resolution.

I have tryed the -CustomResolution:enabled -r1440x900 but scrolling up and down causes it to go choppy.

I have also tryed running in windowed mode but I lose the edge scrolling ability,

any ideas what I could do?

Try setting the video renderer to software.

A little problem with Software renderer the vehicles only display when zoomed up close.

How far out they show is a function of one of the game settings (automata or some such). The higher you make the settings, the farther out they show up. They never show at zooms 1 and 2 as i recall

Never mind, the slight lag as I scroll is bearable, so I'm sticking with hardware rendering.
